Mr. Joshua Jackson was rewarded on July 16, 2025, at the Carver School Road Branch Library with The Evelyn W Sanders Scholarship for the Fall 2025 of $500.00. He is a 2025 Graduate of Atkins Academic & Technology High School of Winston Salem, NC. He plans to attend Winston Salem State University this fall. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jackson. The Evelyn W. Sanders Scholarship is a book scholarship for a High School Graduate to help students with expenses for higher learning education. To be eligible for this scholarship students with a GPA of 3.0 or above and living in Forsyth County, NC could apply. This Scholarship is given in the name of one of our Charter members and a highly scholar educator.
